Transight wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started with two engineers, Gis George and Feroz Rehman, who noticed a real problem: India's automotive industry was struggling with vehicle data that was unreliable, hard to use, or locked behind expensive systems.
As graduates of M A College of Engineering, they didn’t just want to build another GPS tracker. They wanted to build something smarter, a device that could actually think, collect meaningful data, and send it in real time. They called it a “brain” for the vehicle.
They chose to be bootstrapped, no outside investors, no safety net. Every device they built had to work perfectly, because their growth depended entirely on keeping customers happy. That discipline is still at the heart of how Transight operates today.
